We bought a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2023 and were very satisfied with that process. Our salesman, Tristin, was helpful, knowledgeable, always available and was very warm and friendly. Worst experience I’ve had at a major car dealer. The salesman informed me that their CPO’s came with an additional 100K mile powertrain warranty. I chose a truck they were selling even though it was a few hundred more than another truck I preferred at a competitor. After the sale, I couldn’t find any paperwork with the warranty. I contacted the salesperson, who assured me I was covered. Bought a used Jeep from them. We live in Missouri so the car needed a MO inspection. The car did not pass inspection, which seemed a bit odd. Called sales guy and as expected he said bring it in to service “they’ll take care of you”.
